NATS offers apprenticeship training for one year across various engineering and non-engineering trades. The program combines on-the-job training (OJT) at an industrial establishment with theoretical classroom instruction at an Industry Institute Partner (IIP).
The primary objectives of NATS are to enhance employability of young engineers, provide industry-relevant skills, and create a skilled workforce aligned with industry needs.

Stipend Structure
Apprentices receive monthly stipends as per the Apprentices Act, 1961:
