Philippines Civil Service Exam: CSC Eligibility, Application, and Rating Records

The Philippine Civil Service Commission (CSC) and its regional offices publish examination announcements, application forms, accepted IDs, testing venues, and results. The current announcement controls whether the exam is paper-and-pencil or another format, the application window, and documentary requirements.

Before filing

Read the official announcement, choose the correct examination level, prepare the accepted identity document and photographs, and contact the regional office if a disability accommodation or name issue applies. Submit through the named CSC office and keep the claim stub or receipt.

After the exam

Use the CSCΓÇÖs official results and certification services to verify a rating or eligibility. An examination pass is not the same as appointment: agencies publish vacancies and may require additional qualification standards.
